Regaal Resources IPO: The IPO of Regal Resources, a company that manufactures different things from maize crop, opened on Tuesday, August 12 and closed on Thursday, August 14. Regal Resources is going to raise a total of Rs 306.00 crore from this IPO. The company’s IPO has received the support of investors. According to NSE data, this IPO has received a total of 159.88 times subscription in 3 days. Regal Resources offered a total of 2,09,99,664 shares for its IPO, while the company has received applications for a total of 3,35,73,74,544 shares.

NII category investors received the most subscription

According to the data, investors from QIB category for the IPO of Regal Resources have bid for 1,14,57,89,712 shares compared to 59,99,904 shares. The IPO has received 190.97 times subscription from this category. NII category investors have bid for 1,60,52,43,888 shares compared to 44,99,928 shares. The IPO has received 356.73 times subscription from this category. Whereas, retail investors have applied for this IPO for 60,63,40,944 shares compared to 1,04,99,832 shares. A total of 57.75 times subscribed to this IPO has been subscribed by retail investors.

Regal Resources has fixed an issue price of Rs 102 for each share of a face value of Rs 5 under its IPO. The company wants to raise a total of Rs 306.00 crore from its IPO, for which a total of 3,00,00,00,235 shares will be issued. For this, 2,05,88,235 fresh shares worth Rs 210.00 crore will be issued to investors and 94,12,000 shares worth Rs 96.00 crore will be issued through OFS. The shares can be allotted on Monday, August 18 and on Wednesday, August 20, the company may list in the stock market.

How is the response going on in the gray market regarding shares

The IPO of Regal Resources has received huge support from investors. However, in the gray market, there is no such response to the company’s shares according to the subscription, it should have been seen. Regal Resources shares are trading with a GMP price of Rs 25 on Saturday, August 16. Let us tell you that the company’s shares in the gray market were trading with the highest Rs 34 premium i.e. GMP on August 13.
