According to officials, the 800 MW coldum project located in the upper part of the river was releasing water for electricity generation. The siren was played for this. As the water level rises, Krish and Anuj sat on a large stone between the river, while the vow somehow came out of the water. Mannat made noise, after which many people from Mandi and Bilaspur district gathered on both sides of the river. As soon as this news was received by Anjana Kumari, ward member of Lower Bhated Panchayat, she immediately approached the dam officials.
