2 hours exercise, 6 hours of sleep required: Shah
Home Minister Amit Shah said that if the youth of the country want to stay healthy and fit, then they will have to change their routine. I am speaking this from my personal experience.
Amit Shah said these things in a program of the Institute of Liver and Billionary Sciences (ILBS) on World Liver Day in New Delhi.
Shah said that the youth of the country still have to live 40-50 years and contribute to the progress of the country. I request them to exercise two hours for their body and reserve six hours of sleep for their brain.
Shah said- no need for any kind of medicine today
Amit Shah said, “From May 2020 till date I made a big change in my life. Sleep, water and diet and regular exercise have given me a lot.
Today I stand in front of you from any kind of allopathic medicine and insulin. This is my own experience. I have come here today to share this experience.
Delhi CM said- Our health structure should be strong
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was also involved in the program. He said- Today, on the occasion of Liver Day, we should take a pledge that no one in the country has to struggle for health service. Our capital Delhi is not only for the treatment of the people here. People from all over the country and the world come here. It is our responsibility to strengthen our health structure.
Lieutenant Governor said- Delhi’s new government policies better
Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena said, “The new government of Delhi, led by CM Rekha Gupta, has given priority to healthcare in its policies and agenda. Delhi lagged behind due to previous government policies.
Saxena further said that ILBS is the only institution that has made its mark in the country and abroad. ILBS has been recognized as a cooperative center of the World Health Organization for liver diseases for more than a decade.
