- Under the Chief Minister’s Gramin Road Upgradation Scheme (MMGSUY), the pace of development in rural areas of Bihar is going to increase further. Under this scheme, an additional 2,944 km long 824 new roads will be constructed. All these schemes have received departmental administrative approval, and construction work will start to appear on the ground very soon. Earlier, construction work of 445 roads has been completed under this scheme, whose total length is 2,148 km.
