The 2nd-gen Kia Seltos may be introduced in the Indian market by 2026.
The Kia Seltos is due for a major update with the introduction of the second generation model in 2025. The new Seltos was recently spotted for the first time, indicating that the SUV is now in the final stages of development.
The spy images reveal that the overall shape and size of the second-generation Seltos will remain the same. However, the front and rear fascia have been heavily modified. The SUV features a straight front end with newly designed LED headlamps and LED taillights inspired by the Kia EV5.
Technical details of the second generation Seltos are scarce. The SUV may get a range of powertrain options, including more conventional turbo-petrol and diesel engines, as well as a petrol hybrid unit.
The second generation Kia Seltos is expected to be launched globally sometime next year. It may arrive on our shores by 2026.
