3 Naxalites killed on Chhattisgarh-Nuha border, 4 million prize Gajra and Aruna also included

Security forces killed 3 Naxalites on Wednesday morning in Rampachodavaram police station area of Alluri Sitaramraju district of Andhra Pradesh. These included Gajrala Ravi alias Uday (CCM), Ravi Chaitanya alias Aruna (SZCM) and Anju (ACM). Three AK-47s have also been recovered from them. It is being told that the encounter is still going on. There is intermittent firing from both sides. It is estimated that the number of deceased Naxalites in this encounter may increase. SP Amit Bardar of Alluri Sitaram district of Andhra has confirmed the encounter.
Aruna was a 20 lakh prize Naxalite
According to the information, the Central Committee Member Gajrala was a prize of 40 lakhs. At the same time, Aruna, who was killed in the encounter, is the wife of Naxalite leader Chalpati and there was a reward of 20 lakhs on this too. Chalpati had to lose his life earlier this year. One of his selfies along with his wife had brought the security forces to him.
Who was Gajrala Ravi?
Gajrala was popular with many names among Ravi’s Naxalites like Ganesh alias Anand alias Uday alias Gajrala Ravinder. Gajrala’s father’s name was Gajrala Malliya. Gajrala was a resident of Velishala village in Warangal district of Andhra Pradesh. He was a member of the Central Committee and the government had declared a reward of 40 lakhs on it.
What did the police tell?
Police said a search operation was carried out on the basis of intelligence information. During this time, three Maoists were killed in a tremendous encounter. Alluri Sitaramaraju district SP Amit Bardar said, “Three Maoists were killed in an encounter with the police.” DSP GS Prashant of Rampachodavaram said, “The bodies of Maoists have not yet been recovered. The investigation is on, and the police have increased the surveillance to find out the presence of any other Maoist in the area.”
