3 rivers of Bihar in spate due to rain in Nepal

New record of rain in May
The knock of monsoon in May has set a new record of rain. The country has received 116.6 mm rainfall till May 30, which is the record for the highest rainfall in May. The previous record was in 1990, when it received 110.7 mm of rain. In general, an average of 61.4 mm rainfall occurs in May.
Meteorological Center Jaipur has issued a thunderstorm an alert in 7 districts on 31 May. On June 1, there is a 17 districts of rain alert. According to meteorological experts, a western disturbance will be active on June 2, due to which the impact will increase the storm-rain activities in most districts of Rajasthan.
