Big scores are being made continuously and teams are creating history. When the match is between two Test playing countries, it is expected to see tough competition, but this is not happening on every occasion. In the T-20 International held between Test playing countries, teams are reaching the score of 300. Let’s take a look at the highest scores made in T20 Internationals between Test playing countries.

#4 267/3- England

On the 2023 West Indies tour, the England team played openly in the fourth T20 match. There was a partnership of 117 runs for the first wicket in just 9.5 overs. Opener Phil Salt played an inning of 119 runs in 57 balls which included seven fours and 10 sixes. In the end, Liam Livingstone scored unbeaten 54 runs in 21 balls and ended the innings on the score of 267. England won this match by 75 runs.

#3 278/3- Afghanistan

In 2019, Afghanistan hosted Ireland in Dehradun for the T-20 series. In the second match of the series, openers Hazratullah Zazai and Usman Ghani batted brilliantly. Both had added 236 runs for the first wicket in 17.3 overs. Zajai remained unbeaten after scoring 162 runs in just 62 balls. His innings included 11 fours and 16 sixes. Ghani scored 73 runs in 48 balls. Afghanistan scored 278 runs losing three wickets and then won the match by 84 runs.

#2 283/1- India

Indian batsmen thrashed South African bowlers in Johannesburg. After having a partnership of 73 runs in 5.5 overs for the first wicket, India did not look back.

Samson remained unbeaten on 109 runs in 56 balls, while Tilak Verma also scored 120 not out in 47 balls. India scored 283 runs losing only one wicket. After this he won the match by a margin of 135 runs.

#1 297/6- India

India batted brilliantly and scored 297 runs in the last match of the home T-20 series against Bangladesh. Sanju Samson played a brilliant inning of 111 runs in 47 balls. After this Suryakumar Yadav had scored 75 runs in 35 balls. Ryan Parag contributed 34 runs in 13 balls and Hardik Pandya contributed 47 runs in 18 balls. This is India’s highest score in this format. India won this match by 133 runs.
