Kaal Sarp Dosh Ke 5 Upay Pithori Amavasya: Amavasya is called Kushotpatini Amavasya and Pithori Amavasya. On this day, Pola festival is celebrated in rural areas of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. This day is mainly dedicated to collecting the holy Kusha grass, which is also called a dab, for religious works and Shraddha. In addition to freedom from Pitra dosha on this day, you can also take measures to get rid of Kaal Sarpadosh.
1. Flow white flowers, Batashe, raw milk, white cloth, rice and white sweets in flowing water on this day and pray to Sheshnag for peace of Kalsarp Dosh. Then donate as much power to the poor or any needy.
2. On this day, duly install Kalsarp Yantra in the house. For this, after worshiping Shiva, worship the Yantra. Offer on the raw milk device and then take a bath with Ganga water. Then after worshiping Panchopchar, chant the mantra written below with a garland of Rudraksha.
3. During the evening, light a lamp of mustard oil under the Peepal tree and do 7 circumambulation after its worship. After this, recite Navnag Stotra, Small Rudra yourself or get it done by a worthy Pandit. This lesson should be lawfully. Or, after bathing, go to the Shiva temple and offer copper snake on the Shivling. After this, sit there and chant Mahamrityunjaya Mantra.
4. On the banks of the river, get a worthy priest to get Pindadan or Tarpan action and donate them Dakshina. On this day, take a bath in the river, reservoir or pool etc. and after offering arghya to the Sun God, offer the ancestors. Fast for the peace of the soul of the ancestors and give a donation to a poor person. This will prevent Pitradosh and Kalsarp Dosha. The obstacle in life will be removed.
