Desi brand Lava has launched two and budget 5G smartphones in the Storm series. These 5G phones of Lava fall at an initial price of less than Rs 8,000. Both these phones come under the name of Lava Storm Play and Lava Storm Lite. These include strong features like 5000mAh battery, up to 128GB storage. Desi company has presented a tough challenge for Chinese brands Redmi, Realme, Poco, Infinix with both these phones.
Price of Lava Storm Series
Lava Storm Play has been launched in the same storage variant 6GB RAM + 128GB. This phone comes at a price of Rs 9,999. The first cell of this phone will be held on June 19 at 12 o’clock at the e-commerce website Amazon. At the same time, Lava Storm Lite has been launched in two storage variants- 4GB RAM + 64GB and 4GB RAM + 128GB. Its initial price is Rs 7,999. The first cell of this phone will be held on June 24 at 12 am on Amazon.
Features of Lava Storm Series
Both these phones of Lava come with a 6.75 -inch HD+ Waterdrop notch display. The display of both these phones supports 120Hz high refresh rate feature. The Storm Play of Lava has a MediaTek Dimensity 7060 5G processor. 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will be supported with the phone. The phone’s RAM can be expanded 6GB virtually.
Lava Strom Series
At the same time, MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Octacore processor has been given in Lava Storm Lite. This phone comes with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB storage. The RAM of this phone can be expanded 4GB virtually. Both these phones come with a 5,000mAh battery. There will be support for 18W in Storm Play and 15W fast charging feature in Storm Lite.
Both these phones have features like 4G/5G SIM card support, USB Type C, Wifi, Bluetooth for connectivity. These work on the operating system based on Android 15. These include support of side mounted fingerprint sensor. Not only this, these phones come with IP64 rating, due to which the phone is protected from water and dust.
Dual camera setup is available in the back of Lava Storm Play. It will get 50MP main and 2MP secondary camera. The phone has an 8MP camera for selfie and video calling. A 50MP main camera will be found in the back of Storm Lite. It has a 5MP camera for selfie and video calling.
