6 months ban on driving of ‘Harry Potter’ actress Emma Watson, a fine of millions was also imposed
A big news has come out about Hollywood’s famous actress Emma Watson. Actress Emma, who plays Harmini Granger in the ‘Harry Potter’ series, has been banned for six months. The actress is accused of driving at high speed inside the UK city of Oxford.
Emma Watson already had a lot of points on the license, due to which the High Vicomb Magistrate Court in Vicomb, England gave the verdict against them. Emma Watson has also been fined 1,044 pounds (Rs 1.20 lakh).
According to the BBC report, Emma Watson was caught driving her Audi car at a speed of 38 mph in a 30 -mph speed zone on 31 July 2024. There were already nine penalty points on Emma’s driving license at the time of crime. Due to the accumulation of points, they were disqualified from driving.
Emma was reportedly not attended a five -minute court hearing, but the punishment was confirmed in her absence. Emma’s lawyer told the court that she is now a student and can also fill the fine on her. However, Emma has not given any clarification on the ban on herself.
Emma has achieved globally popularity by playing the role of Harmini Granger in the Harry Potter film series. She was just 10 years old when the first ‘Harry Potter’ film was released.
