9 girls escaped from Lucknow’s orphanage by cutting the window

Lucknow. Nine minor girls escaped from the orphanage in Aliganj, Lucknow on Thursday night by cutting the bathroom window. The age of all is between 16-17. When counted in the morning, the number was less. On this the operator informed the police and officials. Police reached the spot, investigated and registered a case. The police started the search by blocking the road.

Two girls were recovered after about 3 hours. She was waiting for the bus near Purnia. One of them is from Jammu and the other from Bahraich. He said that we have to study, but no one teaches here. In search of others, searches are being conducted at railway stations, bus stops and routes leading to their districts. The family members have also been contacted.

There is Shri Ram Industrial Orphanage in Aliganj police station area. There are 45 girls in the orphanage. Between 2 and 3 am on Thursday night, 9 girls came out of the room one by one to go to the bathroom. She ran away after cutting the grill in the window near the bathroom. The recovered girl told that she had come to the orphanage two months ago. The girls accompanying me said that if you want to study then run away. No one will teach here.

The director of the orphanage and other people came to know about this very late in the morning. After this, immediate information was given to Aliganj Police. Aliganj police recovered two girls after some time. One has been seen in Ayodhya. Although he is still away from being caught. The police have not been able to find out anything about the whereabouts of the other 7 girls. Police is taking information from the recovered girls. The reason behind their escape from the orphanage is being investigated. It is said that some girls were brought to the orphanage in abandoned condition.
