India’s DGMO sent a message to Pakistan’s DGMO

On May 10, Pakistan’s DGMO called India’s DGMO and offered a ceasefire. This was then ceasefire. But a few hours later, Pakistan broke the ceasefire, after which Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri told reporters late Saturday that Pakistan had been called to take appropriate steps to end these violations and deal with seriousness and responsibility from the situation.

Meanwhile, India’s DGMO said, ‘We sent another message to our counterpart on Sunday, which highlighted the violations of consent between DGMOs on May 10 and said that if something like this is repeated tonight or after Pakistan, we will answer them in a fierce and punitive way.’

Significantly, the tension between India and Pakistan reached the peak after the Pahalgam terror attack. However, it is now expected that peace will be established between the two countries. Today there will be talks between DGMO of both countries.
