The Galaxy S25 EDGE uses a larger display than the standard model, whose resolution is also better than the standard model. The display of both these phones supports 120Hz high refresh rate and peak brightness up to 2600 nits. These will get Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for protection. Also, these in-displays support fingerprint sensors.
Performance
Both these phones work on Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, with 12GB RAM and internal storage support up to 512GB. Both these phones work on Oneui 7 based on Android 15. The S25 Edge has a 3,900mAh battery, while its standard model comes with a 4,000mAh battery. Both phones will support 25W wired as well as wireless charging feature.
Camera
The Galaxy S25 Edge has a 200MP camera just like the flagship model S25 Ultra of this series. A 12MP ultra wide camera will be available with it. The standard model has three cameras, with a 50MP main camera. It is accompanied by two cameras of 12MP and 10MP. It will get a 12MP camera for selfie and video calling.

The special feature of Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is that this phone comes with a Pro grade titanium frame body. At the same time, its standard model is equipped with an aluminum frame body. The thickness of the new phone is 5.8mm and it is the company’s thinnest phone ever. Also, it will get a strong 200MP camera like Galaxy S25 Ultra. Not only this, a new design will be seen in the phone’s camera module.
