Contestant Muskan Aggarwal broke silence on house arrest dispute, said everything happened with consent
Ejaz Khan’s reality show ‘House Arrest’ is surrounded by controversies due to its pornographic content. The show has been removed from the ULLU app after the controversy. At the same time, an FIR has also been registered on the show’s makers and Ejaz Khan. At the same time, Muskan Aggarwal, a contestant of this show, has broken the silence on the controversy.
‘House Arrest’ faced criticism for her bold content, but Muskan says it is wrong and unnecessary. Nothing was shown to be wrong or immoral in it. Everyone knows that ULLU is an 18+ app. The content shown comes in the same category.
Muskan said, no one’s body was shown openly. All the participants were already told that they would have to wear skin color clothes, tube bras, skin color cycling shorts and silicone covers. Everyone was fully aware.
When Smile was asked how correct it was to remove the show, he said, I did not like this decision at all. The show was behind Pavall – people had to subscribe and see, it was not in front of everyone for free. And everyone knows that this is only for 18+. If it had been free for everyone, the matter would have been different. But this resentment is wrong in this case. Nobody says anything on more bold content of others, just this show is being targeted.
Muskan also said that if boldness is the issue, then why does the actresses who call the media at the airport by wearing a revolving clothes, why not raise any question on them? Is it justified because he is wrapped in glamor?
When asked if he had to face personal criticism due to being a part of the show, he said, yes, society judges. But why is boldness only called wrong when it is not glamorized? Bikini is worn in films, bold scenes are shown on large OTT platforms. In the Animal film, Tripti Dimri did intimate scenes, then no one said anything. Then why is this show being targeted, which is clearly 18+?
Muskan also said about the show’s format, every contestant was already told that the tasks could be bold. No one was forced. Everyone participated at their own will, because everyone wanted to win. Every safety was taken care of. It was not an exploitation, but a reality show, in which everything happened with the rules.
Muskan insisted, if the content is made of responsibility, the consent of the adults and on the platform with the right age limit – then what is the problem? Even more dirty content is floating on social media for free. Even in real life, people take bold challenges in sports like Truth and Dare. Then no one says anything.
