Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal is celebrating his birthday on 16 May. Vicky has managed to make his mark in the film industry in a very short time. He gained tremendous popularity with the film ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’.
Vicky’s father Sham Kaushal is a well-known stuntman of Bollywood and also directed the Bhojpuri film ‘Jahan Bahe Ganga Ki Dhar’. There was a time when Vicky’s father had to face a lot of difficulties to get work in Bollywood.

Vicky studied engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology in Mumbai. When Vicky went to visit an IT company during his studies, he understood that office work would not be done from him. He then studied acting from ‘Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Academy’. He assisted Anurag Kashyap in both parts of the film ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’.
Masan made identity
In 2015, Vicky made his debut with the film ‘Masaan’. He was in the lead role in the film. Vicky’s acting in this film was highly appreciated. After this Vicky appeared in two films in 2016. His first film was ‘Juban’. The second film was ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’.
In 2018, he worked in the film ‘Love on Square Foot’. Apart from this, appeared in ‘Sanju’, ‘Raji’, ‘Pink,’ Manmargiyaan ‘and’ Uri: The Surgical Strike ‘. In 2021, Vicky got his acting iron in ‘Sardar Udham Singh’ on OTT. It can be said that this is the best film of his career.
