Bellarize Industries, a company that makes automotive component, on Friday fixed a price band of Rs 85-90 per share for its initial public issue (IPO) of Rs 2,150 crore. According to PTI news, the initial share sales will open for public membership on May 21 and end on May 23. At the same time, Bellariz Industries announced that the one -day bid for anchor investors would open on May 20.

According to the news, according to the Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), the IPO is a completely new issue of equity shares, which does not have a proposal for sale (OFS) component. According to prospectus, the company intends to use an income of Rs 1,618 crore for payment of loan. By December 2024, the company’s accounts had a borrowing of about Rs 2,600 crore. Belarize Industries is an automotive component manufacturing company based in India, which offers a diverse range of security-mature systems and other engineering solutions for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, commercial vehicles and agricultural vehicles.

Belarize Industries marketed its products at the domestic and international levels, operating in many markets including Austria, Slovakia, UK, Japan and Thailand. The company has a long relationship with customers, including Bajaj Auto, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Hero MotoCorp, Jaguar Land Rover and Royal Enfield Motors like major multinational OEMs. As of December 2024, it has 17 manufacturing facilities in 10 states.
Company’s financial position
On the financial front, the company’s operational revenue increased by Rs 13.7 per cent from Rs 6,582.50 crore in the last financial year to Rs 7,484.24 crore for FY 2024, and the benefits after tax ranked Rs 310.88 crore for the last financial year to Rs 310.88 crore for the last financial year from Rs 313.66 crore for the previous financial year. The company said that half of the issue size has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35 per cent for retail investors and the remaining 15 per cent for non-institutional investors.
