Bulldozer will run on illegal construction of Mithun Chakraborty, BMC sent legal notice
BMC bulldozers are going to run on the illegal construction of Bollywood veteran actor and politician Mithun Chakraborty. Mithun has been given a show cause notice for alleged illegal construction on a plot in Argal village of Malad. Mithun has to explain why construction should not be demolished.
According to the news, BMC made a list of about 101 illegal property. It also includes Mithun’s property near Hira Devi temple in Arangal village in Malad. Mithun has been accused by BMC that he has created 3 temporary units of 10 by 10. Which includes brick, wooden straps and AC sheets roof. All these are illegal.
According to the legal notice issued by the BMC, if there is no satisfactory response from the property owner, then legal action will be taken against him under Section 475A and illegal construction will be broken. Also, jail and fine can also be imposed under this section.
At the same time, during an interview in response to this notice, Mithun said, “I have not got any illegal construction and I have no unauthorized structure.” Notices have been sent to many people and we are sending our reply.
