This village belongs to the people of Banjara society
In Sheopur district, people of Banjara community have been running this practice for a long time. And these rules of this society are applied in only one village but also in five villages Bhikapura, Malhotra, Saaghagpura, Rambari and Hanumanpura. In this five villages, rules made by the society are run. That whenever a child is born, their relationship is decided with whom his marriage will be with him later. But if the boy or a girl oppose this marriage to be an adult. In such a situation, the other party has to pay a fine of 95 thousand rupees. And if the boy or girl runs away with someone else, then the amount of fine increases by two and a half lakh rupees.
One has to get married inside five villages
The people of Banjara society have also made a rule that the marriage will be inside these five villages. Marriage in another village is considered a crime. This rule is still going on. If a family boy or girl wants to get married away from these five villages, then the panchayat sits first for this. The decision that is made in the panchayat is acceptable to everyone. If no one believes this ba, then if he does not have to pay the fine, the panchayat breaks his house. Or he is excluded from society.
