1. Shanidev and Shri Krishna: According to Janashruti Katha, Lord Krishna was born in Mathura, then he came to Mathura to see the child form of Krishna of Shani Dev with all the gods from heaven. When Nandbaba came to know about this, he refused to see Shani Dev. Nand Baba felt that as soon as Shani Dev’s sight, nothing should happen with Krishna. Then mentally Shani Dev pleaded with Lord Krishna to see Lord Krishna and Krishna told Shani Dev that he should go to the forest near Nandgaon and do penance, while I will give him a darshan.
