He said, “Only America, China and Germany are bigger than India and if we maintain our plan and thinking, we will be the third largest economy in two and a half years.” Answering a question on the recent statement of US President Donald Trump about iPhone maker Apple, Subrahmanyam said, “What will be the tariff rates, this is uncertain. But the way things are changing, we will be a cheaper place for manufacturing. ”Trump said that the Apple iPhone’s manufacturing in the US will be in America itself, not in India or elsewhere. The CEO of NITI Aayog also said that the second phase of offering properties is being prepared and it will be announced in August.
GDP growth rate may be 6.8%
