RCB’s difficulties increased in stampede case, case registered against many others including franchisees

FIR lodged against many others including RCB franchise.

The ceremony was held in Bangalore to celebrate the winning title of Royal Challengers Bangalore i.e. RCB. During the event, there was a stampede near the Chinnaswamy Stadium in which 11 people died and 33 were injured. Now the difficulties of many others including RCB franchise have increased in this case. According to the information, the Bengaluru Police has registered an FIR against RCB franchise, DNA Entertainment, Karnataka State Cricket Association and others.

In which sections the case was filed?

According to the information revealed, an FIR has been lodged against RCB, DNA (event manager), KSCA administrative committee and others in Cuban Park Police Station in Bangalore. In this FIR, criminal negligence is said in the stampede incident. Sections 105, 125 (1) (2), 132, 121/1, 190 R/W3 (5) have been imposed in the FIR lodged by the police.
