Russia is using cruise and ballistic missiles in these attacks. Russia has attacked many cities in Ukraine than more than 500 drones and about 80 missiles in the last 3 days.
Russia’s most horrific attack on Kharkeev so far
Russia launched a fierce aerial attack on Ukraine’s eastern city of Kharkeev, killing at least 3 civilians and injured 22 others, including a child. This attack is considered to be one of the most powerful attacks ever. However, the attack took place on Saturday.
Russia targeted multi -storey buildings
Russia targeted multi -storey residential buildings, educational institutions and industrial infrastructure in this time attack. On Saturday, Russia attacked Ukraine with 40 drones, 1 missile and 4 directed bombs. This caused a fire and collapsed in many buildings. The search for people trapped in the debris continues. Governor Oleh Sinihubov said that the main attack focused on a civil industrial area. Earlier, Ukraine was attacked by Russia with 400 drones and 45 missiles.
Ukrainian response
Ukraine said that Russia had a total of 206 drones and 9 missiles on different parts of Ukraine. The Ukrainian army killed 87 of its drones, while 80 deactivated with electronic warfare technology. However, Kharkiv’s Mayor Ihor Terekhov called it the most horrific attack after the war began. According to Ukrainian officials, the attack is a sign of increasing aggression in the Russian strategy. Russia is in response to the Ukraine’s drone attack, which claimed to have destroyed Russia’s 5 airbase and 41 fighter jets.
