The ingredients required to make poha:

Poha-2 cups, onions-1 (chopped in thin long slices), potatoes-1 (chopped in thin slices), peanuts-½ cup, rye-1 teaspoon, turmeric powder-½ tsp, green chilli-1-2 (finely chopped), curry leaves-8-10 leaves, 8-10 leaves, oil-2 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons, salt-taste-taste-taste-salt-2 tablets, salt-2 tablets, salt-saline- For decoration and taste

How to make poha:

  • First step: First of all, put the poha in a big sieve and wash it with light hands (do not rub much while washing the poha, otherwise it will break) Do not soak the poha, just wash and keep it in the sieve, only then it will be blossomed. Do not keep it in water for too long. Then leave it in the sieve and leave a few minutes so that all the water comes out.

  • Second step: Heat oil in a pan. First fry the peanuts until the grains of peanuts become crisp and take out separately. Now add mustard seeds in the same oil. After chopping, add curry leaves, green chillies, onions and potatoes and fry on medium flame. When the potato is cooked, add turmeric and salt. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry it a little more. If you like spicy, you can also add red chili.

  • Third step: Now, pour the pohe with light hands and pour it into the pan and mix slowly. If the poha feels a little dry, sprinkle some water on the top and cover and steam for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the gas and add peanuts, coriander, lemon juice and some salty of your choice. Now serve hot.
