391 new cases of Corona in 24 hours: Most in Kerala and Gujarat

Corona virus cases are increasing rapidly in the country. The number of active cases has increased by 62 times in the last 21 days. On May 16, there were 93 active cases of Kovid across the country, whose number has now reached 5755.

According to the central government, 391 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours. Of these, 229 cases are in Kerala and Gujarat. At the same time, the death toll has increased to 59. On June 6, 4 more patients lost their lives.

There have been 59 deaths from January to 6 June from the new variants of Korona. Of these, 53 deaths have occurred in the last 16 days. On June 5 in Delhi, a five -month -old child died of Corona. Maharashtra has lost the maximum lives in 18 patients.

In this way, there have been a total of 11,298 cases of Corona in the country from January to June 6. Of these, 48.54% of the patients have been recovered, the rest of the treatment is going on. The patient died in just 0.52% of cases.

Schools have been opened under the covid guidelines after summer holidays in Odisha. Education Minister Nityanand Gond said that children who have mild symptoms like cold, cough or fever are mandatory to wear masks in school. Children with severe symptoms have been advised to have isolates at home.

Kerala: The Health Department has instructed hospitals to follow the Kovid guidelines issued in June 2023 while treating patients with symptoms of Kovid-19 and influenza. It is mandatory for everyone to apply masks in hospitals. Also, the covid test of patients with symptoms like cold, cough and fever has been made mandatory.
Maharashtra: According to the state government, the total number of people who died in the state since January is 17. Of these, 16 were also suffering from other diseases. This year, 13,707 samples have been tested so far. Of these, 1064 Kovid positive came.
Gujarat: According to government data, 18 out of 508 corona patients are hospitalized, while 490 are undergoing treatment in home isolation. The press release states that Kovid-19 cases are usually seen in 6 or 8 months. There is no need to panic.
Karnataka: Gulbarga Institute of Medical Sciences has made a 25 -bed covid ward. Of these, five beds are for ICU (including ventilator), high dependency units and five pregnant women. The remaining 10 are normal beds.
Uttarakhand: The state government on Wednesday issued a guideline asking the district administration to ensure the availability of oxygen and necessary medicines in hospitals. Apart from this, instructions have also been given to report diseases like influenza, serious respiratory infections and covid cases.
