Three new judges will take oath in the High Court, the number of judges will increase to 34 news in Hindi
Palpal correspondent, Jabalpur. The swearing-in ceremony of three judges who are being transferred to MP High Court is being organized on November 1. Chief Justice Ravi Malimath will administer the oath to the three judges.
According to the information, Justice Rajmohan Singh coming from Punjab-Haryana High Court, Justice Rajendra Kumar IV coming from Allahabad High Court and Justice Dupalla Venkat Raman coming from Andhra Pradesh High Court will take oath. After the permission of His Excellency the President, the Central Law and Justice Department had issued notification for the transfer of all three last week. At present only 31 judges are working in Madhya Pradesh High Court out of 53 sanctioned posts, after three new judges this number will increase to 34.
