Two seriously injured were referred to Rajouri military hospital for treatment.

The injured were taken to a nearby medical facility and two of them were later referred to a military hospital in Rajouri for specialized treatment, officials said. Officials said that as part of the anti-infiltration barrier system, forward areas are filled with landmines which sometimes get washed away due to rains resulting in such accidents.

Injured military personnel identified

Three army personnel injured in a landmine blast at Phagwari Gali in Poonch sector have been identified as Y Sri Ramullu, Vimal Raj and Veer Bharappa.
