NCP MLA Kamlesh Singh in Jharkhand withdrew his support from Hemant government.

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) state president cum Hussainabad MLA Kamlesh Singh has today withdrawn his support from Hemant government. Last month, MLA Kamlesh Singh had given an ultimatum to the state government demanding to make Hussainabad a district, which the government did not accept.

Announcing his decision, Kamlesh Singh said, “I had clearly explained our demands to Hemant Sarkar, but he did not support us. So, I have come back to take a decision.” After the split in NCP, Kamlesh Singh has now indicated his involvement in Ajit Pawar faction.

Hussainabad MLA Kamlesh Singh has decided to withdraw support to the government by writing a letter to Governor CP Radhakrishnan today. In his letter, he has written that ever since the government was formed under the leadership of Hemant Soren, he was supporting that government. But now he has blamed the government for not fulfilling the aspirations of the people of his state. Kamlesh Singh also said in his letter that the government did not accept the aspirations of the people and hence he withdraws his support from the government formed under the leadership of Hemant Soren.

Today, NCP state president Kamlesh Kumar Singh, while talking to journalists, said that no replacement has been made till now on many important issues demanded from the state government. Kamlesh Singh said that there have been continuous demands for giving district status to Hussainabad, arrangement of sand ghats, correction of online entries of erroneous survey of five zones of Palamu district and posting of officers, but the government has not shown any sensitivity on these issues. Not shown. He further said, “Why did Chief Minister Hemant Soren not resolve our demands? We are here to serve the public and we must fulfill their expectations.”
