GRP caught the person who kidnapped a moving train in Kanpur
Uttar Pradesh News Desk: The kidnapping of a young man from a moving train created panic in the GRP and RPF. The GRP showed promptness and arrested the accused. A case was registered against him under kidnapping charges and he was sent to jail.
GRP SO Vinod Kumar said that this is the first such incident in the Railways in which a young man was kidnapped from a moving train and kept hostage. At Sakoti Tanda station, some youths tried to catch some youths in the general coach of the train, some youths escaped while a youth named Sandesh was caught. They forcibly took him to work on their farm. After the information about the kidnapping, on the instructions of GRP Superintendent of Police Ashutosh Shukla, Ghaziabad and Meerut GRP raided Nangla Rathi village of Daurala police station and arrested Sachin and seized the message. GRP in-charge Vinod Kumar said that accused Sachin is being interrogated. Raids are being conducted to arrest the absconding accused Sagar, Aryan and Nagla Rathi resident of Bhuri. A case of kidnapping was registered against Sachin, he was presented in the court and sent to jail.
Sent the young man to Ballia
GRP SO Vinod Kumar said that the youth who was kidnapped is a resident of Ballia. The young man was scared. He was sent to Ballia.
