What was the plan done to kill King Raghuvanshi?

• Sonam and Raj Kushwaha (Sonam’s lover) together conspired to assassinate King Raghuvanshi. Raj hired betel nuts for this work.
• Raj Shillong did not come, he was in touch with Sonam via phone.
• Three betel nut killers Akash, Vishal and Anand were present in Shillong to carry out the murder of King Raghuvanshi.
• Sonam deliberately took King Raghuvanshi to a deserted road under the conspiracy, where the three killers killed King Raghuvanshi with a sharp -edged weapon.
• After executing the murder, Akash, Vishal, Anand and Sonam reached Guwahati from all four Shillong. All the accused stayed in Guwahati one day. After this, all left for different places.
• After executing the murder, the next whereabouts of all the accused were to reach Cherrapunji.
• According to the police, the body was recovered on the 2nd and the Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed. According to sources, during the investigation, the police came to know that Sonam is alive and may be involved in the murder.
• When the police took out Sonam’s call details, the police came to know that Sonam was constantly in touch with Raj Kushwaha. The two already knew each other and there was also a love affair between them.
• After examining technical evidence and CCTV footage, the police first reached Lalitpur, from where Akash Rajput was arrested. After this Vishal and Raj Kushwaha were arrested from Indore. Sonam was caught by the police from Ghazipur. The fifth accused was arrested from Anand Sagar. A total of five accused have been arrested.
