Oleh Kipe, the provincial head of Odessa, said that a maternity hospital and residential buildings located in the center of the southern port city were damaged in the attack. According to a statement by the Regional Prosecutor Office, 2 people were killed and 9 were injured in the city. Kiev’s Mayor Vitsko Clitsko said that 4 people were injured in the attack on the capital.
