New York: President Donald Trump’s government has ordered five lakh immigrants from four countries to leave the US. In the reign of Biden, those coming from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela under parole have been ordered to leave the country. Under the CHNV parole program, people coming to the US have been told that their Employment Authority has been canceled by the Homeland Security Department with immediate effect. At the same time, all the immigrants have started receiving notices to leave the country.

Trump administration has got the green signal from the US court

These notices came last month after a decision by the US Supreme Court, in which the DHS was allowed to proceed with the cancellation of parole benefits of half million immigrants after the lower court preserved security. The legal challenge by the Trump administration to eliminate parole programs, including the CHNV process, still continues. Canceling of parole benefits is part of the administration part of a major attempt to eliminate temporary immigration safety extended in recent years.

Residents came to America in Biden government

The cancellation notice was announced on the same day when President Donald Trump said he would issue an order to save agricultural laborers from exile in response to the demands of agricultural producers. DHS Assistant Secretary Trisia McLaglin said that the Biden administration has not properly investigated the immigrants admitted through the program and the immigrants left on parole have underestimated American workers. He said that CHNV would be required to abolish parole programs, as well as for those who take advantage of the parole, the return of public safety and the return of the US First.

Biden administration started CHNV program for people of four countries

Explain that the Biden administration started the CHNV program in 2023 to reduce irregular migration on the US-Mexico border and to overcome humanitarian crises in four countries. The applications were more than the 30,000 slots available every month and American businesses hired people out of parole in difficult jobs across the country. After the cancellation of work permits of people left on parole, industries, including construction and healthcare, may face shortage of new employees.
