1. Vipra Darshan: If you see any vip as soon as you start the journey, then start the journey by touching them as dakshina.
2. Virgo Darshan: If you see a girl as soon as you start the journey, then start the journey by giving her the feet as Dakshina as much as possible.
3. Gaidarshan: If you see a cow as soon as you start the journey, then feed it jaggery and start the journey by offering it.
4. Kalash: If you start the journey, you see a water filled with water (any vessel filled with water here), then start the journey by putting 1 coin in it.
5. Donation: Before starting the journey, keep 1 coin or some zodiac sign in your hand and start the journey by donating that amount in the temple or the needy person who appears first in the path.
What to do when you meet ‘auspicious time’
As far as possible, the above mentioned scriptural journey should be made according to the Muhurta. But many times such situations are created that it is necessary to travel and the Muhurta is unfavorable. This dilemma has also been solved in our scriptures. According to the scriptures, whenever such a situation is created, before traveling, the journey should be started by reciting 1, 3, 5 or 11 of any ‘Kavach’ like Durga Kavach, Ramarakshastotra, Sudarshan Kavach etc.
