Hot hot dosa gets to eat for breakfast, it is fun. Dosa, Idli and Uttapam are the most liked breakfasts. However, some people find it very difficult to make dosa. Soak lentils and rice first and then you have to be kept to be firm. Then the dosa is ready. That is, you will have to prepare 1-2 days before eating. Rice dosa recipe

First step- To make dosa with rice flour, first take 1 cup of rice flour and soak it and soak it well. Keep in mind that the batter of rice flour is to be made thin. Due to which the dosa will become unaccounted.

Second step- Add 1 finely chopped onion, slightly grated carrots, baric chopped coriander and green chillies and a little finely chopped beans in the prepared rice flour solution. Add some salt to the batter and keep it like this for about half an hour.

Third step- Till then prepare the sauce to eat with the dosa. If you want, you can eat it with coconut or peanut chutney. To make peanut chutney, add 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add peanuts, gram dal and whole red chili, curry leaves. You can also add 1-2 bud garlic. Roast all the things lightly and then let it cool.

Fourth step- Put all things in the jar of the grinder. Add salt and 2-3 teaspoons curd and cumin seeds and grind the sauce. Apply a temper of mustard seeds and curry leaves on top. The delicious peanut chutney is ready that you can eat with idli dosa.

Fifth step- Now mix the batter while stirring lightly. If the batter looks thick, add water to it. The batter of rice dosa is quite thin with a normal dosa batter. It has to prepare a solution like water. Now apply light oil in the pan and spread the batter like a thin layer throughout the pan.

Sixth step- Allow the dosa to roast on the medium flame without shaking. Apply light oil on the side and turn the dosa comfortably. The very crisp delicious dosa of rice is ready. Serve it with peanut chutney.
