Helicopter crash in Kedarnath
The helicopter returning back to Guptkashi from Kedarnath to Guptkashi has crashed near Khark near Gaurikund, in which seven people have died tragically. The dead include a couple from Maharashtra and their 23 -month -old child. The district disaster management officer has confirmed the accident. The incident is reported to be around 5 am today. The helicopter is being reported of Aryan Haley Evation. This helicopter was six people, including the pilot. Women of Nepali origin cutting grass in the upper area of Gaurikund reported the helicopter crash. Helicopter nodal officer Rahul Choubey and District Disaster Management Officer Nandan Singh Rajwar have confirmed the crashes of the helicopter.

CM Dhami expressed grief
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed grief over this accident. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami wrote on X, “A very sad news of a helicopter crash has been received in Rudraprayag district. SDRF, local administration and other rescue teams are engaged in relief and rescue operations. I pray to Baba Kedar for the safety of all passengers.”
This reason came to the fore
It was told that this accident occurred due to technical problem and weather. This is the fifth incident of a helicopter crash since the opening of the doors of the Himalayan temple Kedarnath on May 2. Today’s incident has been told that on 15.06.25, at around 05:17 am, Aryan Company helicopter took six devotees for the Guptkashi helipad from Kedarnath Helipad. Due to bad weather on the way, the said helicopter is reported to be damaged by hard landing at other places.

According to the information, seven people have died in a painful accident. Jaiswal couple, who came from Maharashtra, and their 23 -month -old child have also died in this accident. Also, two people have also died.
