New Delhi, 23 November (Hindustan Reporter). REC Ltd, a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Power, was on Thursday given the Best Employer award for its policies in diversity and inclusion at the fourth Diversity and Inclusion Excellence Awards and Conclave organized by ASSOCHAM. REC Executive Director TSC Bosh accepted the award on behalf of REC during a program organized here.
On this occasion, Bosh said that we are honored to receive this award. He said the award reflects REC’s ethos of inclusivity and our ongoing efforts to create a workplace that values diversity.
REC was awarded the prestigious ‘Golden Peacock Award’ for its exceptional performance in risk management. This award was presented by the Institute of Directors. Additionally, the company was awarded the ‘Best Central PSU’ award in the Financial Services category at the Dun & Bradstreet PSU Awards 2023.
REC Limited, a Maharatna CPSE established in 1969 under the Ministry of Power, provides long-term loans and other finance products to the power-infrastructure sector, including generation, transmission, distribution, renewable energy and electric vehicles, battery storage, green hydrogen etc. New technologies are included.
