Supriya Sule lashed out at Air India.
Air India aircraft crashed last week in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In the incident, 241 out of 242 people aboard the aircraft were killed. Where the aircraft crashed, a large number of people were killed. Several flights of Air India have been canceled or are delayed since this incident. The airlines’ aircraft have also revealed technical difficulties. Meanwhile, now with Lok Sabha MP Supriya Sule, there has been a similar incident during the journey from Air India, due to which her anger has erupted. Why did Supriya Sule get angry?
Actually, Supriya Sule was traveling by Air India aircraft from Delhi to Pune. However, the flight was delayed significantly. Regarding this incident, Sule wrote on X- “Air India flight AI from Delhi to Pune is traveling from AI 2971. The flight is running late by more than 3 hours. No clear information, no update, no help and very poor service. Such delays and mismanagement have become common for Air India. Passengers are stuck and helpless. It is unacceptable and helpless.”
Passengers are entitled to better than this- Supriya Sule
Supriya Sule has also complained to the matter, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India and Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu. He demanded intervening in the matter and justifying the airline and said that passengers are entitled to better than this.
What did the Aviation Minister respond?
Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu has also responded to this complaint made by Supriya Sule. He said- “Supriya Sule ji, I have spoken to the airline and airport officials. They have been asked to immediately resolve the concerns of all the affected passengers.”
