English speakers in the country will soon be ashamed: Shah
Union Home Minister Amit Shah said, ‘Those who speak English in this country will soon be ashamed. The construction of such a society is not far away. He gave this statement on Thursday on the occasion of the release of former IAS Ashutosh Agnihotri’s book ‘Main Drop, Sagar Hoon’ in New Delhi on Thursday.
Shah said on the ‘future of Indian languages’ including Hindi,’ No foreign language can be sufficient to understand our country, your culture, its history and your religion. The whole of India cannot be imagined through incomplete foreign languages.
I know well, how difficult this fight is, but I am confident that Indian society will win it. Once again, with self -respect, we will run our country in our languages and lead the world.
Shah said- We will be at the top in the world by 2047
For the Amrit period, PM Modi has laid the foundation of Panch Pran. Five pledge has become a resolution of 130 crore people. This is the reason that we will be at the top by 2047 and our languages will play a major role in this journey.
Shah said that these five vows include achieving the goal of India developed, getting rid of every mark of slavery, proud of their legacy, committed to unity and solidarity and to awaken a sense of duty in every citizen.
Need to change the training of administrative officials
Shah said that some changes are needed in the training of administrative officials in the country. They are hardly trended to bring sympathy to our system. This is probably because this training model has been inspired since the British era.
He said that I believe that if a ruler or administrator rule without sympathy, he cannot achieve the real purpose of the government.
