India’s air space will be closed for Pakistan till July 24, increased for 1 and month
India Giving a big blow to Pakistan, made a big announcement on Monday. India has extended the duration of closing the air space for one month to July 24 for flights to be operated by Pakistan’s airline companies. Let us tell you that the Indian air space is closed since April 30, run by Pakistani airline companies and operators, or their ownership or leased planes, including military flights. After the death of 26 people in the terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam, Kashmir, the Indian government imposed strict sanctions against Pakistan and the closure of air space was also one of the same decisions.
Air space was to be opened on May 24, the ban increased twice
The air space closed for Pakistani aircraft by India was to be first opened on May 24, but it was extended to 24 June. A new NOTAM (notice to airman) was issued on Monday, with this ban by one month more by July 24, 2025. According to NOTAM, the Indian air space will not be available for registered planes in Pakistan, plane operated by Pakistani airline companies and operators, owned or leased planes of Pakistani companies, military plane.
Pakistan is copying the decisions of India
Furious with this decision of India, Pakistan has also extended the period of closing its air space for Indian aircraft for one month. Pakistan has now increased the ban on using its air space for Indian aircraft to 24 July. The Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan was suspended by the Government of India after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. After which Pakistan banned its air space for India on 24 April till May 24. However, in view of India’s decisions, Pakistan is also extending this ban for a period of 1-1 month.
