“Pratibha Sangu Yojana” is an innovative initiative that aims to use the capabilities of talented youth appearing in difficult competitive examinations like UPSC. Under this scheme, the government aims to provide appropriate employment opportunities to these candidates in both government and private sectors.

A database will be prepared under the scheme which will record the details of UPSC candidates, their educational qualification and their exam results. Government departments will be able to select qualified candidates from this database according to their vacancies.

What will be the process,

Earlier, the work done by issuing UPSC list will now be done through the portal. For this, login will have to be done in a website itself. In this, private companies or central government institutions will create their own account and login. After this, these employers will get information about those candidates who could not be selected in the interview. After this, they will contact them directly.
