Prime Minister took sarcasm
When the Prime Minister François Bayaru was giving a speech in Parliament on West Asia, the water drops were dripping from the roof of the National Assembly. He smiled and said, pointing to the dripping water, “Did you see that it was raining?” The heavy rains that occurred on Wednesday evening were flooded on several major routes in Paris. Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Holund Lescure temporarily stopped the proceedings, so that fire fighting officers could investigate the leak. When the proceedings started again after about 15 minutes, Lescure told the MPs that the water -absorbing carpet has been laid to stop the leakage.
