Why did the nuclear scientist fall on Shipeng

He was the Deputy Chief Engineer in China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), who monitored China’s civil and military nuclear projects. Also, he was the chairman of the “404 base” of the Gansu and Communist Party Secretary of the CNNC -based CNNC. The 404 base, which is spread over an area of over 1,000 square kilometers, was established in 1958 and is the first and largest nuclear research center in China.
