Method of Rudra Abhishek: Shravan month will begin on 11 July 2025. The first Monday of Sawan will be on July 14 and on July 22, Bhoom Pradosh will remain. Monday and Pradosh are very important in the month of Sawan. This day is considered the best day to perform Rudrabhishek. Apart from this, Rudrabhishek can also be done on Chaturdashi. Rudrabhishek Puja material- cannabis, dhatura, bell-leaf, milk, curd, ghee, honey, sugar, pomegranate, seasonal, bhasma, sandalwood, white flowers, water vessels, Ganga water, Shiva bhog, offerings etc.
Simple method of Rudrabhishek Puja:

By installing Shivling in the north direction, they do Rudrabhishek by facing the east.

First do Jalabhishek of Shivalinga with pure water or Ganga water.

After this, anoint them with all the fluids like Panchamrit (milk, curd, honey, sugar, ghee) etc.

While performing the consecration, the Panchakshari Mantra of Shiva- Om Namah, keep chanting Shivaay.

After consecrating the above, do Jalabhishek again.

After this, apply sandalwood and Bhasma paste to Shiva.

While applying the paste, chant Mahamrityunjaya Mantra or Rudrashtakam Mantra.

After this, do all the remaining worship materials including betel leaf, bell -leaf.

After this, offer them to their choice and then chant Shiva Mantra 108 times.

After chanting, they perform their aarti.
