Indian Navy warship INS Tabar, who went on a mission in Oman’s Gulf, reported a crisis from a ship called MT Yi Cheng 6, after which the ship immediately took action and started the work of extinguishing the fire. 13 Indian naval and 5 crew members are currently engaged in the work of extinguishing the fire. MT Yi Cheng 6 with Pulau flag was going from Kandla in Gujarat to Shinas in Oman when he reported the crisis on Sunday. 14 Indian crew members were aboard the ship.
The Indian Navy spokesperson tweeted, “Stealth Fringet INS Tabar of Indian Navy posted in Oman’s Gulf on June 29 responded to a crisis call from Pulau-Dhawjar MT Yi Cheng 6.
