The UP government has taken a big decision to promote AI. The government will train 10 lakh people from different sectors in AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence. Under this, the Yogi government of UP has decided to give AI training to 1.5 lakh people every month in 75 districts of the state. For this, the Center for E-Governance (CEC) of the IT and Electronics Department of the UP government has been made the main agency, which will implement this AI training scheme in every district of the state and will work to monitor it.

Training will be available in three phases

The government has partnered with large IT companies for this. In this, Microsoft, Intel, HCL (Guvi), Wadhwani and 1M1B have taken up the task of training people under corporate social response (CSR).

The UP government’s AI training scheme will be carried out in three phases. In this, more than 3,500 people will be given AI training in two months in the first phase. At the same time, in the second phase, work will be done to build a training center in all the districts of the state and a training program will be made.

In the third and last phase, the work of teaching AI to 1.5 lakh people will be done every month through Master Teachers. Under this scheme, 10 lakh people will be master in AI in the next 4 to 6 months.

These people will benefit

The benefit of this scheme of the UP government will get the benefit of government employees as well as hardworking farmers, NGO workers, public service centers and women. Talking about government employees, they include teachers, professors, doctors etc. At the same time, students and employed people will also be selected for AI training. The government is preparing to emphasize the use of AI in sectors like education, medical, agriculture.

AI will be trained like this

Under this scheme of UP government, people will be given AI training in both online and offline methods. For this, Krishi Vigyan Kendras have been selected at Technical College, Universities, Skill Center and District Level. It will taught AI’s basic things, machine learning and data analysts as well as the use of AI in different areas. Not only this, the government is trying to take help from many more companies as well as institutions to launch its scheme at the ground level.
