It was being told that the financial condition of the family is very bad. They have neither bulls nor money for bringing the farm to plow. So they themselves are plowing the field.

The official said that he did not have an agricultural identity card and hence the Joint Agriculture Officer started the process of making identity cards. Soon, they will get all the equipment including a tractor and Rs 1.25 lakh from the department, as it is mandatory for those with less than 5 bighas of land as per the government provision. The financial condition of the family is very bad.
