Government of Uttarakhand Constant work has been done to provide religious travelers and tourists. According to media reports, formalities are still being completed from Rishikesh to Neelkanth ropeway. It is expected that soon all the formalities regarding this ropeway project will be completed. After this, work will start on it. With the formation of this ropeway, it will be even more convenient from Rishikesh to Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. Currently, people have to go through difficult hill paths and traffic to reach the Neelkanth temple, but after the start of the ropeway, this journey can be completed in a few minutes.
The work of these ropeway projects completed
In the last four years, the Uttarakhand government has taken fast steps to develop ropeway infrastructure in mountainous regions. Work has started on 39 ropeway projects under the Parmtala project, with Nainital (2), Almora (7), Jageshwar (2), Pithoragarh (3) and Champawat (2) in the Manaskhand Corridor, ropeway projects are being planned. Other proposed ropeway routes are included under the Parmtala Yojana: Kedarnath and Hemkund Sahib, Rishikesh to Neelkanth, Auli to Gorson, Ranibagh to Hanuman Temple, Panchkoti to Baurari, Balati band to Khaliya Top, Rayathal-Barcel to Barnala, Uttarkashi to Varunavat Pahadi, Kanakchauri to Kartik Swami Temple. With the formation of these ropeways, pilgrims will get great relief to tourists.
