Siddaramaiah tried to slap ASP
Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah tried to slap Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) during a rally in Belagavi on Monday.
In fact, as soon as Siddaramaiah got up to give speeches, some BJP workers present in the crowd started shouting slogans. He also showed black flags to the CM.
This angered Siddaramaiah and ASP Narayan was provoked in security. The video of the case is also going viral.
Angry CM told ASP from the stage itself- whatever you are, come here. When ASP reached Bharmani stage, the CM asked him- what were you doing.
After this, the CM raised his hand to slap. Siddaramaiah stopped when ASP Burmani retreated some back.

While sharing the video on X, JDS wrote- Siddaramaiah, you have the ego of power. Raising your hand to kill ASP does not suit your position.
You are the Chief Minister and tried to kill ASP like the miscreant of the street. It is not worthy of forgiveness. Your term is only 5 years old, but the government official serves till the age of 60. Power is not permanent, improve your conduct.
At the same time, the BJP questioned the incident that what message the Chief Minister is giving to the people of the state. If the Chief Minister is trying to slap ASP, will the Kotwal gang of Karnataka Congress policemen be left alone.

In March 2023, Siddaramaiah slapped a worker. He was not the Chief Minister at that time. When Siddaramaiah arrived in Badami city amid a protest of the Congress, the workers surrounded him. Meanwhile, he suddenly slapped a worker.
