A shocking news has come out from South Kannada district of Karnataka. Many pornographic video clips have been found from the mobile phone of the leader of a Hindu organization arrested in the stone pelting case. According to police sources, these videos allegedly include some local politicians.
Private bus accused of stone pelting
The arrested man has been identified as a Samit Raj Dharegudde, who is the co-convenor of the Dakshin Kannada unit of Hindu Jagran Vedike. The Samiti was arrested some time ago on charges of stone pelting on a private bus and is currently out on bail.
Phone searched in stone pelting case
According to police sources, during the investigation of the stone pelting case, when the mobile phone of the Committee Raj Dharegudde was searched, the police got surprising information. Around 50 objectionable videos were found in his phone, some of which were clearly visible in the faces of local politicians.
The video made himself, or someone sent?
Following this new revelation, the police have registered another FIR in an objectionable video case against the Samit Raj Dharegudde. The police is now conducting a thorough investigation whether this video has been made by the accused himself or has been forwarded from somewhere. If these videos have been forwarded, the police is finding out who has actually made it and whether these videos have been sent to many people?
Two people arrested in the oppression of minorities
At the same time, two persons have been arrested for harassing a minor boy and a girl in Puttur city of Dakshin Kannada district for harassment of a minor boy and a girl on social media. Police said on Monday that this action has been taken on the basis of a complaint lodged by the father of the minor boy.
According to the police, the incident took place on 5 July when the son of the complainant and an acquaintance girl were sitting near Biramale Hill in Puttur Kasaba village. Then the accused reached there and allegedly abused the minors. He also threatened the minors to post their video and post it online.
The accused recorded the entire incident in front of the people present there. Later, the video was broadcast on WhatsApp and Instagram, with communal comments. After investigation, the police arrested 43 -year -old Purushottam and 38 -year -old Ramchandra. A case has been registered against him under the relevant sections of the Indian Code.
