He had said in the video that instead of imposing Marathi on the people living in the state, local Marathi people should be taught to work hard. He also said that if the migrant leaves the city, the condition of the local Marathi population of Mumbai will be worse. Following his statement, MNS workers of Versova lodged a complaint against him at the Oshiwala police station. After this Rajshree publicly apologized and deleted her controversial video.
